SUMMARY:NRA Certified Instructor Basic Rifle Class
DESCRIPTION:Polson Shooters Association is offering an NRA Instructor Certification weekend 19-21 July 2024. \nThe instructor courses teach the knowledge\, skills\, and attitude essential to organizing\, promoting and teaching NRA’s Basic Shooting courses. \nPrerequisite: Possession of basic firearm safety and shooting skills is a perquisite for certification as an NRA instructor. Prior to the instructor training\, candidates must complete the NRA Instructor Lead Basic course for each discipline (offered at PSA) or provide a certificate of training. \nBasic Instructor Training (BIT) is a requirement and is offered Friday 19 July. Basic Pistol Instructor is offered Saturday 20 July and Basic Rifle Instructor is offered Sunday 21 July. Everyone must take BIT but candidates can take either or both of the instructor courses.
