Annual Meeting
ANNUAL MEETING AND MEMBERSHIP RATE CHANGE
Annual Meeting will be at the Elks in Polson on April 18th this year. Cost for dinner will be $10. If you renew your membership at the meeting, the dinner cost will be waived.
Our insurance has increased a large amount, so the board decided to increase membership costs this year. An individual membership will be $35 and a family membership will be $50.
CALL FOR HELP
For the range to remain open, we must have two things, board members and RSO’s. The bylaws call for 7 board members and going into this next year, there are currently 3. We also must be open to the public to retain our lease. If we can not do those two things, we could lose the range.
We are asking our membership to step up and help keep our range functioning. The following are the board positions that we have. President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Range Scheduling Coordinator, Executive Range Officer, and Membership Coordinator.
RSO duty is usually one day a month if we have enough volunteers. Your training is provided for free.
